2020年6月22日，泰中国际仲裁与调解中心（TCIAC）由泰国仲裁中心（THAC）、海南国际仲裁院（HIAC）以及泰中法律联盟协会（TCLAA）协会联合成立。 目前泰中国际仲裁与调解中心(TCIAC)已经在曼谷拥有自己独立的仲裁与调解中心、仲裁及调节规则、仲裁员及调节员名单。希望使用泰中国际仲裁与调解中心(TCIAC) 服务的企业只需在合同中加上如下的仲裁条款，泰中国际仲裁与调解中心(TCIAC) 就有权利受理：

仲裁示范条款：

凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均应提交泰中国际仲裁与调解中心，按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

Sample arbitration clause:

 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Thai-Chinese International Arbitration and Mediation Center (TCIAC) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the TCIAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
